Novelty Middle East which is established in the Unites Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar was founded by its managing director Serge Huber. Along a background of 30 years in the Event Technical field, including 16 spent in the Gulf region, Serge Huber has outstandingly managed reputable and consequent events such as the Burj Khalifa opening, the Kuwait 50^th anniversary, Abu Dhabi Art Fair, the Dubai World Cup and many more.
